Further Information, Privacy and Safety Policy

Lytchett Bay Soaps is a home based business. All soaps made by me use high quality and organic ingredients. The soaps have all been assessed and hold Cosmetic Product Safety Reports. Each small batch that I make is hand finished and paperwork includes details of the batch numbers and/or origin/brand of each ingredient. Labeling is compliant with current EU recommendations. All my soaps are palm oil free which is a personal choice. I also stock quality products made by other small UK companies. Labeling details this information where relevant. The photo's of products are my own. 

When using any new skin or hair care product it is important to read the labels, test the product on a small area of skin and retain the label in case of any adverse reactions. Please discontinue use if you have any concerns.

I try to make labels easier to understand and I have added information to each of the products I sell, labels have to be durable to retain information.

Packaging is compostable - made of soy/potato starch. 

I do not use any single use plastic items, pump tops are made available to customers for some products, but it is clear that these are intended to be re-used and there is a refill service available if the customer would like to re-use the bottle and refill with the same product. This is only available to local customers at present.

With the changing of  regulations and assessments now that we have left the EU, I can continue to offer a wholesale option to suppliers at a minimum of £50 per order. However, I will not be offering a 'white label' option. This information is subject to change.
