Who we are:
We are now 6 strong! A team of dedicated women, mums who are determined to make a difference to skin and hair care products as the media and advertising knows it. Our ethics are powerful and our products are gentle, mild, natural and as uncomplicated as they can be. We bring you 'real' skin and hair care products packaged with less waste plus the offer of refills to our local customers - not only cutting down on packaging but also offering savings to our followers.
How products are made:
Liz did lots of online training and learnt more about the amazing benefits of natural ingredients and essential oils realising that we could improve not only our skin and hair health, but also our home environment.
The soaps are naturally made using a traditional cold process, with high quality Organic Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Castor and Olive Oil. We use Essential Oils in our soaps with their wonderful skin health properties. We keep the ingredients simple, (reducing risk of allergies) and the quality high, using organic, fairly traded and sustainably sourced products.
Our packaging is either recyclable, recycled or compostable 'plastic', made from starch. Many of the soaps are Vegan, as are most of our skin and hair products.

All the soaps, skincare and hair products conform to current UK licensing. They have all been tested by a Chartered Chemist and conform to our strict UK laws for skincare and cosmetics products. Also checked by Dorset Trading Standards.

Cold Process Soap bars are carefully nurtured for four weeks to ensure they are 'cured' and hardened ready for use. All ingredients are high quality, most are Vegan. many organic, all plant based and only tested on people!

We don't use Palm Oil in our soaps, and any ingredients that are constructed using palm oils are from reputable suppliers conforming to the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil). We only use high quality Essential Oils with their beneficial properties in our daily use soaps, shampoos and skincare and any products we stock made by UK

High Quality British made Fragrance oils are used in our novelty soaps and in very safe low amounts.
Our products have simplicity that is absolutely crucial to us. More ingredients can lead to more chance of skin irritation and less chance of you knowing which ingredients to avoid, too much polishing and perfecting means you get a smaller product that is 'handled' more.
